Been in the cafeteria food service for over 30 years in early 2006 we have decided to get involved in private catering functions, such as, weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, luncheons for meetings and other indoor or outdoor events. we serve a large variety of menus from barbeque to chicken (baked, smoked, stuffed......) quarters or breasts, hamburger steaks, etc......
